Mesomago is a community fringing the KCA within the Assin Attandanso Paramountcy in the Assin South District of the Central Region of the Republic of Ghana. The community is noted for its contribution to the protection of the KCA and promotion of tourism in the areas of Cultural performance (Kukyekukyeku Bamboo Orchestra) as well as the closeness to the biggest tree in Kakum (Bako tree) which serves as food for the elephants in Kakum. GHCT fully funded the construction of a mechanised borehole for the community.
